Refund Policy

Joining this program is the best investment you can make for yourself if you’re looking to succeed in the industry. But we know you want to make sure you’re not exposing yourself to unnecessary risks, and that you can get your money’s worth.

Since the Service offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Services. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase.

REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY

Peak Training Institute offers a refund for cancellations up to five (5) days prior to the workshop. However, please note that processing fees of up to 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds can be requested by emailing admin@peakdg.com. Funds may be transferred to an upcoming workshop in lieu of a refund. However, the transfer must be used within twelve (12) months of the request. In addition, the upcoming workshop must have equivalent CEs. No refunds will be issued to no-shows.
